Here is a brief explanation of some of those techniques:
Active Release Technique (ART)
Active Release Technique is a treatment used to diagnose and treat muscular, tendon, ligament, and nerve injuries. This technique analyses the performance and functionality of individual muscles. This technique is highly used among professional and amateur athletes improving their performance. ART is very effective for the treatment of (and not limited to):
- Shoulder Injuries
- Headaches
- Whiplash injury
- Low back injury
- Knee injuries
- Plantar Fasciitis
Myofascial Release (MFR)
Myofascial Release (MFR) is a type of treatment used to treat chronic. It is a safe and effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Myofascial release therapy focuses on releasing muscular shortness and tightness.
There are a number of conditions and symptoms that myofascial release therapy addresses. Many patients seek myofascial treatment after losing flexibility or function following an injury or if experiencing ongoing back, shoulder, hip, or virtually pain in any area containing soft tissue. Other conditions treated by myofascial release therapy include Temporo-Mandibular Joint (TMJ) disorder, carpal tunnel syndrome, or possibly fibromyalgia or migraine headaches.

Motion Palpation
Motion Palpation is one of the most commonly used chiropractic diagnostic methods for treating the spine and extremities. Motion palpation is a diagnostic technique used to locate joint dysfunction within the spinal column and extremities. This is done by checking the movement and position of the joints. Restriction in the movement of the joints can cause pain around the area and compensations in other regions of the body. The joints are taken through their range of movement while feeling the joint with a light pressure applied by the hands.

Rapid Release Technology (RRT)
Rapid Release Technology (RRT) is a vibration therapy that uses gentle resonant frequency compression waves that target scar tissue and adhesions. Rapid Release also releases fascial restrictions and knots and increases circulation relaxing muscles, releasing stress and tension while easing movement. RRT uses frequencies that are three to four times faster than other methods, resulting in a significant increase in range of motion, released scar tissue, reduced pain, and ease of chronic and acute muscle spasm.
Rapid Release Therapy is helpful to reduce the pain associated with joint sprains, strains, arthritis, tendonitis, bursitis, muscle spasm, nerve pain and most musculoskeletal disorders such as carpal tunnel, Tennis Elbow, Neuromas and Adhesions, Trapped Nerves and Plantar Fasciitis.

Near-infrared (NIR) Light Therapy
Near-infrared (NIR) light therapy is a form of treatment that employs light and heat generated by the near infrared light to treat numerous medical conditions. . It uses invisible, near infrared wavelengths between 700 and 1200 nm to deliver energy to the cells, stimulating healing and relieving pain.
In near-infrared light therapy, infrared radiation is focused on the injured part of the body for a certain period of time. This brings the feeling of relief to the patient. The best thing about this treatment is that it is a simple procedure and is painless. It also gives an instant relief to the patient.

Diversified Adjustive Technique
Diversified Adjustive Technique is one of the most widely used forms of manipulation in the chiropractic field. It is used to address biomechanical failure in each section of the spine, as it relates to specific subluxation. No instruments are used in the adjusting procedure. Instead, diversified adjustive procedures consist of high velocity, low amplitude thrusts allowing for specificity in correcting mechanical distortions of the spine. These techniques attempt to use the normal biomechanics of the spine and extremities in order to create motion in spinal or extremity joints, with the goal of restoring function and structure to the joint.
