Welcome to Infinity Wellness & Chiropractic. We are committed to helping you reach optimal health and well-being — whether you are recovering from a sports injury, managing chronic pain, or simply taking better care of how you move.
Care is designed to support your body’s natural healing and to make everyday life feel more possible again.
We serve a wide range of people, with solutions tailored to what you actually need. An active season with a sports injury. The slower work of keeping mobility as you age. Both belong here.
Every patient is unique. We take the time to understand your goals, lifestyle, and health needs, then build a treatment plan that fits you.
Years of work with sports injuries and wellness, with care shaped for every age and fitness level — not a one-size adjustment.
We look for the root of the discomfort and help the body heal naturally, without invasive procedures or medications.
From the moment you walk in, the aim is simple: you feel welcomed, supported, and clear about the next step in your healing.
Each visit starts with your goals. Treatment draws on chiropractic adjustment, rehabilitation, and muscle work when they belong.
Recover faster and perform better with targeted care designed for athletes and active individuals. We address sports-related injuries like sprains, strains, joint pain, and more, promoting faster recovery and reducing the risk of re-injury.
Suffering from back, neck, or joint pain? Our holistic approach helps alleviate pain, restore movement, and improve posture, so you can live a more active, pain-free life.
It’s never too early to take care of your body. Preventative chiropractic care helps you maintain flexibility, mobility, and strength, so you can keep doing the things you love — staying active, or simply living without restrictions.
Dr. Parish grew up in the rural suburbs of Allen, Texas. In 2004 she graduated from the University of North Texas with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Health and Wellness. She worked in physical therapy and massage before chiropractic, and graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in January 2012.
While at North Texas she was in an automobile accident and sustained a severe whiplash injury. Months of chiropractic care and physical therapy followed. The recovery changed her path: she stayed on in rehabilitation, learned exercise and continued to help others heal.
“After only a few visits, my hip problem got better and better. She explained what was going on and taught me rehabilitation exercises and stretches. I am now back to running my four miles a day.”
“I can’t say enough about the quality of care and knowledge. Physical therapy had not resolved hip pain from an auto accident. Dr. Parish worked with me to strengthen the joint, improve range of motion, and ease the pain.”
“Dr. Parish treats what needs to be treated. She does not set you up with long-term treatment plans. She listens, and she treats accordingly. Since going to her, I have not had any back issues.”
